Our coaches are experienced multisport athletes possessing an extensive background at coaching all disciplines. We are experienced with the use of training and racing with power, the use of Heart Rate, as well as the role of Rate of Perceived Exertion (R.P.E.). We utilize Training Peaks to track all of the training information our athletes provide us, and this allows us to pin point each individual’s strengths, weaknesses, current fitness. Additionally it helps us make necessary adjustments when life gets in the way of training. We work within our clients’ schedules in order to find the recipe to weave the different disciplines together to yield the best results. We see our role as providing you the best path for your personal success and supporting you on that path.
Single Sport Coaching
We coach runners as well as cyclists in addition to our multisport clients. Using the Training Peaks software, we are able to dial in the training loads to not only move our athlete's fitness forward, but to do it safely and effectively. Single sport coaching differs from mutlisport in that more time can be devoted to that individual sport. This allows us to add some sport specific wrinkles to the training programs that we believe yields even better results.
